My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, close to the heart of Tallinn and right at the doorstep to the old town. The rooms were in need of renovation but overall good value for money. The service was a bit inconsistent, with a room change to a higher class but not as expected. The dining had a lot of options but could be more advanced.
